Blind Owl Restaurant is looking for dynamic, guest-focused Servers to join our team in New Baltimore. At Blind Owl, you're not just serving tables—you're "on stage," creating an unforgettable experience where every guest feels like a rock star. Position Overview As a Server, you are the face of the guest experience. You'll deliver exceptional service, guide guests through the menu, and ensure every table leaves impressed and excited to return. Key Responsibilities Provide high-energy, attentive service to all guests Follow established steps of service (serve from the right, clear from the left, proper pacing, and ID verification for guests under 30) Demonstrate strong menu knowledge, including food, cocktails, and specials Maintain clean and organized service areas Work closely with "back stage" team members to ensure smooth execution Handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism and urgency Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment Qualifications At least 2 years of serving experience preferred Strong communication and people skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and strong work ethic Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly wage + tips Flexible scheduling Growth opportunities within an expanding restaurant group Employee dining discounts Why Blind Owl?
