Cafe Server - Mornings & Afternoons

Busy cafe in downtown Petoskey is currently hiring servers for our brunch and lunch service. Morning and afternoon shifts available. Must be able to work weekends, holidays and during peak season.

Responsibilities include:

Seating guests Taking guest orders Serving guests food and beverages including alcoholic beverages in a friendly, positive manner Professional Table-Side Wine Service Pre-Preparing tables for incoming food Pre-Bussing Washing and Polishing glasses during and after shift Maintaining a clean, organized, sanitary environment at all times Daily stock inventory Daily side work Closing and cleaning of cafe, bathrooms and bar area at the end of each shift Maintaining knowledge of food, wine, beer and spirits Adhering to all Employee Policies and Guidelines without wavering Servesafe certified in Alcohol service Fine Dining Experience required Sam's Graces Cafe is a tobacco-free working environment.
