Cocktail Server Port, Steak and Seafood About Us:

Colony Bar is one of four unique alcohol-serving venues located within our vibrant hospitality complex. We offer a dynamic atmosphere, great drinks, and top-tier service. We're looking for an enthusiastic, adaptable Cocktail Server to join our team and help deliver an exceptional experience across all our venues.

Responsibilities:

Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient service to guests Take and deliver drink and food orders accurately Maintain thorough knowledge of all beverage and menu offerings Check IDs to verify legal drinking age Keep service areas and tables clean and organized Collaborate with bartenders and kitchen staff for smooth, efficient service Handle payments and use Toast POS systems Be flexible and available to work in any of the four alcohol-serving establishments within the complex as needed

Requirements:

Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting preferred Excellent communication and guest service skills Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment Must be at least 21 years old Open availability, including nights, and weekends Ability to stand and move for extended periods
