About Casa Pasha Casa Pasha is an upscale dining and cocktail destination where exceptional hospitality, elevated cuisine, and memorable experiences come together. We are seeking polished, energetic, and hospitality-driven Servers to join our opening team and help deliver an unforgettable dining experience. Position Summary The Server is responsible for guiding guests through every stage of their dining experience while delivering attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service. This role requires a passion for hospitality, strong menu knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate guest needs before they arise. The ideal candidate understands that true hospitality is proactive, not reactive, and takes pride in creating exceptional guest experiences. ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience Deliver warm, genuine, and engaging hospitality to every guest. Create memorable dining experiences through personalized service and attention to detail. Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally. Build rapport with guests and foster repeat business. Ensure every table feels welcomed, cared for, and appreciated. Food & Beverage Service Possess expert knowledge of all food, beverage, cocktail, wine, sake, and specialty menu offerings. Guide guests through menu selections and make thoughtful recommendations. Accurately enter orders and communicate modifications clearly. Deliver food and beverages according to Casa Pasha service standards. Maintain awareness of pacing and timing throughout the dining experience. Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns immediately. Present and process checks accurately and efficiently. Service Excellence Follow established steps of service and hospitality standards. Maintain impeccable table maintenance throughout service. Assist with pre-bussing and table resetting. Ensure proper presentation of all food and beverages. Collaborate closely with bartenders, hosts, food runners, bussers, and management to ensure seamless service. Operational Responsibilities Complete opening, running, and closing side work assignments. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout service areas. Follow all company policies, health regulations, and safety procedures. Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and checkout procedures. Attend all required training sessions, meetings, and menu education programs. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of serving experience preferred in upscale dining, fine dining, luxury hospitality, or high-volume restaurants. Strong food, wine, cocktail, and hospitality knowledge preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain organized and composed in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and polished demeanor. Strong salesmanship without being pushy. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
