We are seeking hardworking, detail-oriented, and hospitality-driven Server Assistants to join our opening team and help create an exceptional dining experience for every guest. Position Summary The Server Assistant is responsible for supporting servers and the front-of-house team to ensure efficient, polished, and attentive service. This position requires a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality. The ideal candidate takes pride in being one step ahead, ensuring guests never have to ask for what they need. ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience Support the delivery of exceptional hospitality throughout the dining experience. Assist in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests. Respond promptly to guest needs and communicate requests to servers and management. Maintain a professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor at all times. Assist with guest interactions when appropriate while supporting the overall service team. Dining Room Support Set and reset tables according to Casa Pasha presentation standards. Maintain table cleanliness through timely pre-bussing and clearing. Refill water glasses and assist with beverage service as directed. Deliver food to tables accurately and professionally when needed. Maintain dining room cleanliness, organization, and appearance throughout service. Assist with polishing glassware, silverware, and other service items. Team Support Work closely with servers, hosts, bartenders, food runners, and management. Anticipate the needs of the service team and assist proactively. Communicate effectively regarding table status, guest requests, and operational needs. Help maintain smooth table turns without sacrificing guest experience. Assist with opening, running, and closing side work assignments. Operational Excellence Maintain cleanliness and organization in all front-of-house areas. Stock service stations and ensure supplies remain readily available. Follow sanitation, food safety, and company standards at all times. Assist with special events, large parties, and private dining functions as needed. Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency while maintaining attention to detail. Qualifications Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry trays, dishes, and supplies throughout shifts. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
