Responsibilities Greet guests warmly with a friendly smile and professional demeanor, setting the tone for their visit Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Escort guests to their tables, providing menus and answering initial questions about the restaurant's offerings Assist servers by delivering food and beverages promptly, supporting smooth service flow Maintain cleanliness of host stand and dining areas to ensure a welcoming environment Handle guest inquiries with courtesy over the phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills Support team members during peak hours by managing guest flow and ensuring timely seating arrangements Requirements Prior experience as a host or host is preferred; experience in food service or restaurant environments is a plus Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with guests and team members Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Previous hotel or hospitality experience is beneficial but not required Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality standards Ability to stand, walk, and remain energetic throughout long shifts in a fast-paced setting Professional appearance with good phone etiquette and guest relations abilities Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality!
