Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols at all times Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely delivery of orders and resolve any service issues Support guest relations by addressing questions or concerns professionally and courteously Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, specials, and wine pairings to enhance guest satisfaction Qualifications Proven experience in food service, restaurant serving, or hospitality roles; fine dining or nightclub experience preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts and multitask efficiently Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations in the food industry Basic math skills for cashiering, food costing, and cash handling procedures Previous experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Excellent communication skills to engage with guests and team members effectively Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus but not required Join us if you're passionate about delivering memorable dining experiences!
