Summary We are seeking a Banquet Server to join our team at Watermark Bar and Grille. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering outstanding service during our banquet events, ensuring that guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience. Responsibilities Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner. Assist with the preparation of food items as needed. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the banquet area before, during, and after events. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests for assistance. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during events. Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues that arise. Requirements Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
