Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting their favorite ice cream flavors and toppings. Prepare and serve ice cream cones, sundaes, floats, and other frozen treats with precision and care. Handle cash transactions, give correct change, and manage credit card payments with professionalism. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food preparation areas, counters, and seating spaces. Upsell products by recommending popular flavors or combo options to enhance customer satisfaction and sales. Restock supplies, manage inventory levels, and ensure all food handling safety protocols are followed diligently. Requirements Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently. Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Experience working in quick service or fast-food restaurants is advantageous. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting supplies or cleaning.
