Position Summary Lakeside Social is seeking friendly, energetic, and service-driven Servers to provide an exceptional dining and entertainment experience for our guests. Servers are responsible for delivering attentive service, accurately taking orders, and ensuring guests enjoy a fun and memorable visit in our restaurant, bar, and bowling environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, communicates well with team members, and is passionate about hospitality. Key Responsibilities Greet guests promptly and create a welcoming atmosphere Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system Deliver food and drinks efficiently while ensuring presentation and accuracy Provide menu knowledge, make recommendations, and upsell when appropriate Monitor tables to anticipate guest needs and ensure satisfaction Process payments accurately, including cash and credit card transactions Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines and company policies Assist with opening, side work, and closing duties as assigned Qualifications Previous serving or customer service experience preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Positive attitude with a guest-first mindset Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts Requirements Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays up to 30 lbs Ability to commute to South Haven, MI Skills & Competencies Customer service excellence Attention to detail and accuracy Time management and efficiency Team collaboration Problem-solving and adaptability Benefits Flexible scheduling Employee discounts Fun, fast-paced work environment Opportunities for growth within
