Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Server and become the heart of an exceptional dining experience! In this lively role, you will deliver outstanding customer service, ensure food and beverage orders are accurately taken and efficiently served, and create memorable moments for our guests. Your energetic attitude and attention to detail will help foster a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and cared for. Whether working in a bustling restaurant, a fine dining setting, or a vibrant nightclub, you'll be the key to elevating every guest's visit through friendly interaction and expert service. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and proper food handling procedures Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Manage table settings, clear dishes, bus tables efficiently, and assist with sanitation to uphold cleanliness standards Provide knowledgeable recommendations about menu items, specials, and wine pairings to enhance the dining experience Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for bills and tips Maintain a clean, organized work environment in compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations Support guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings preferred Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order entry and payment processing Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions Ability to multitask effectively during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus but not required Excellent communication skills and basic math abilities for cashiering and transaction management Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed in a fast-paced environment Join us to deliver memorable experiences through exceptional service!
