The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for providing exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests promptly and warmly as they arrive and escort them to their tables. Present menus and provide detailed information on dishes, beverages, and specials. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner. Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly and addressing any concerns or requests. Process payments accurately and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including clearing and resetting tables. Follow all health and safety regulations and restaurant policies. Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service flow. Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Positive attitude and a team player. Basic math skills for handling payments. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds. Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
