Your job is to provide friendly, attentive and timely service to help create an unforgettable breakfast experience for all of our guests Performance Expectations ? Treat customers and co-workers with courtesy and respect ? Arrives on time for all scheduled shifts and meetings ? Makes eye contact and greets guest enthusiastically ? Receive assignment at the beginning of each shift ? Respond promptly and courteously to guests requests, ensure the ultimate in satisfaction with the food, service and ambiance ? Handle all food and beverage orders, and accurately enter orders in our point-of-sales system ? Be an adaptable and invaluable member of the team; deliver food and beverages, seat guests, bus tables, wipe down walls, etc. ? Perform side work at the beginning, middle and end of each shift according to our outlines ? Maintain a clean restaurant, from tables to pantry, refrigeration units to host stands ? In a timely fashion, prepare the bill, deliver said bill and thank our guests for dining with us ? Notify manager-on-duty any time a guest is not 100% satisfied with their experience
