Job Description
Must be at least 16 years old Able to work nights, weekends and holidays Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Banquet Server and become a vital part of creating memorable events for our guests! Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables or event areas, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Serve food efficiently, accurately, and with a positive attitude, adhering to all food safety and handling standards. Buss tables promptly during events to maintain cleanliness and guest comfort, assisting with clearing dishes and resetting tables as needed. Collaborate closely with kitchen staff and event coordinators to ensure timely delivery of food Address guest inquiries courteously, providing information about menu items or event details to enhance their experience. Maintain a high level of professionalism in guest relations, ensuring all guests feel valued and attended to throughout the event. Requirements Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality environment is preferred, especially in banquet or catering settings. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests. Knowledge of food handling, serving techniques, and food safety regulations is essential. Ability to stand for extended periods, move quickly between tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are vital for success in this role.
