Server Assistant Cantina 22 - Suttons Bay, MI Full-time /

Part-time Pay:

What You'll Do:

As a Server Assistant, you are the backbone of our dining floor, ensuring every guest has a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

Table Management:

Promptly clear, sanitize, and reset tables to keep the dining area ready for new guests.

Service Support:

Assist servers by running food and drinks from the kitchen to tables and refilling beverages as needed.

Guest Engagement:

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating to optimize flow.

Stocking:

Keep server stations fully stocked with napkins, silverware, condiments, and other essentials.

Maintenance:

Help maintain a clean and organized dining room and assist with end-of-day cleanup.

What We're Looking For:

A friendly, "guest-obsessed" attitude with excellent communication skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized during peak hours (nights and weekends). Physical stamina to stand for long periods and carry heavy trays. Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person!
