Duties Greet guests with a friendly and energetic demeanor, providing a positive first impression Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Assist guests with menu inquiries, special requests, and provide recommendations to enhance their dining experience Maintain clear communication with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service flow Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally, demonstrating excellent guest relations and phone etiquette Support food service operations by coordinating table assignments and managing wait times effectively Uphold cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area to ensure a welcoming environment Qualifications Previous host/hostess experience or food service background preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Experience with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Excellent customer service skills, including guest relations and hospitality expertise Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with hotel or guest services experience is advantageous Professional phone etiquette and courteous demeanor essential for guest interactions Join us in creating memorable moments for every guest!
