Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring proper entry and timely delivery Recommend menu items, upsell specials, and enhance guest satisfaction through expert knowledge of food offerings and wine pairings Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage cash handling, billing, and cashiering duties accurately using POS systems like OpenTable and other restaurant technology Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure a safe and welcoming environment Uphold food safety standards by following sanitation protocols, proper food handling procedures, and health regulations at all times Support guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues professionally, and ensuring a positive dining experience in both restaurant and nightclub settings Skills Extensive experience with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for order processing and reservations management Proven ability to upsell menu items effectively to increase sales while enhancing guest satisfaction Strong knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures in the food service industry Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse guests Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while multitasking between serving tables, processing payments, and supporting kitchen staff Previous fine dining or nightclub serving experience preferred; hospitality background highly valued Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and inventory management; familiarity with kitchen operations is a plus Join us as a Server if you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a lively atmosphere.
