Job Description

Join Our Team at Fins Beach House! We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dependable Servers to join our team at Fins Beach House. We are looking for candidates who are available to work full-time, year-round, while also welcoming part-time and seasonal applicants. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and are passionate about providing outstanding guest service, we'd love to meet you! Position Summary Service Team Members provide exceptional table service to restaurant and outdoor patio guests by taking food and beverage orders, delivering meals and drinks accurately and efficiently, and ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience. Team Members also assist with routine food preparation, restaurant setup and maintenance, and provide excellent customer service throughout the restaurant. Essential Responsibilities Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service. Take accurate food and beverage orders. Deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner. Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and resolving concerns. Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and beverage selections. Assist with food preparation and stocking as needed. Keep dining and patio areas clean, organized, and guest-ready. Process guest payments accurately. Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies. Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Weekend, evening, and holiday availability preferred. Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
