Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Server, Expo, or Host, where your enthusiasm and exceptional guest service skills will create memorable dining experiences. In this multifaceted role, you will warmly welcome guests, efficiently take and serve orders, coordinate food delivery from the kitchen to tables, and ensure every visitor feels valued and cared for. Your energetic attitude and strong communication skills will help foster a lively, friendly atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality expertise while contributing to a vibrant team environment. Responsibilities Greet guests with a warm smile and provide attentive, friendly service from arrival to departure Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and guest satisfaction Coordinate with kitchen staff and expediters to ensure timely delivery of orders, acting as the link between the front of house and kitchen team Assist with seating arrangements, reservations, and managing waitlists to optimize guest flow and seating efficiency Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, dining areas, and host/hostess stations in compliance with food safety standards Handle guest inquiries professionally via phone etiquette or in person, addressing concerns promptly to enhance guest relations Support the team during busy hours by performing hosting duties or assisting with table clearing and resetting as needed Qualifications Previous experience as a host/hostess or in food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tables or tasks simultaneously Hospitality experience including guest relations, serving, or hotel background is advantageous Ability to maintain professionalism with guests via phone etiquette or in person at all times Prior experience working with restaurant management tools like POS systems enhances efficiency but is not mandatory Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences. Pay:
$11.41 - $15.00 per hour
