Endeavor Hotel Group, LLC is currently seeking a motivated individual to join their team as a Part-Time Server for The Lodge at Brainerd Lakes located in Baxter, Minnesota! As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing excellent service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is exceptional. The role involves ensuring compliance with the Hotel's Standards of Excellence in all supervised areas.

Specific job responsibilities include:

Greet and seat guests in an enthusiastic and welcoming manner Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly, ensuring accuracy by re-reading back to guests Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner Ensure guest satisfaction by providing attentive service Handle cash transactions using a personal bank Clear and clean tables efficiently Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Utilize POS system to enter orders accurately Provide recommendations on menu items and specials Maintain knowledge of restaurant policies, procedures, and offerings Offer lateral service to all of your teammates Maintain knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Server in the food industry preferred Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures Basic math skills for accurate order taking and bill calculation Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Will be required to complete TIPS (Training for Intervention Procedures) Alcohol Training within 30 days of employment Must be able to pass a criminal background check
