Job Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests to the bays, providing information about Topgolf offerings. Take and deliver food and beverage orders to guests in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bay areas, including clearing tables and picking up golf balls. Assist guests with bay setup and provide instructions on how to use Topgolf technology. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns with a high level of professionalism. Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and memorable guest experience.

Critical Skills & Experience Requirements Previous customer service experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Min 6.05
