Job Description

The Signature Bar & Grill is hiring a friendly and reliable Part-Time Server to join our team! We're a casual, full-service bar & grill known for our signature pizzas, pub favorites, daily specials, and great atmosphere. Under new ownership, we're building a positive team and delivering excellent service to our guests.
Position Details:
Schedule:
3-4 days per week, 5-6 hour shifts Open shifts on weekends (typically starting around 11am) Close shifts on weekdays/weekends (evening shifts ending around 9-10/10-11pm)
Hours:
Approximately 15-25 hours per week
Pay:
$11.41 per hour + tips
Availability:
Must be available for weekends (Friday-Saturday) and some weekday evenings. Can be flexible depending on needs.
What You'll Do:
Provide friendly, attentive service to guests in our dining rooms and bar area Take orders, serve food and drinks, and handle payments accurately Maintain a clean and welcoming environment Work as part of a team during busy periods Help with opening/closing duties Assist with light kitchen duties, as needed
What We're Looking For:
Positive attitude and strong customer service skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Previous serving experience Must be at least 18 years old and able to stand/walk for entire shifts Food safety knowledge Why Join Us?
