Banquet Server

Coordinate with Banquet Captains to execute successful weddings, gatherings and events for customers of the Timberlake Lodge and Event Center in Grand Rapids, Minnesota. Responsibilities include (but not limited to): Assist in set up procedures to ensure room design is executed correctly Maintain a timeline of events to ensure seamless service Ensure cleanliness of space and all equipment is in working condition Collaborate on buffet set up, drink stations and snack tables for each event as needed Organize work area and storage area Provide high level of professional customer service at all times Provide set up, service and tear down of each scheduled event Other tasks as assigned
