Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables and assisting with food handling and preparation when needed Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper food handling, sanitation practices, and adherence to health regulations Requirements Bilingual in Spanish Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Ability to perform basic math for billing, cash handling, and sales transactions accurately Previous experience in serving, bussing, host/hostess roles or hospitality environments is highly desirable Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in dynamic restaurant or nightclub settings Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels memorable guest experiences!
