At Sanjusan we take pride in providing uncompromising hospitality in food, beverages, service, and atmosphere. All employees, regardless of position, must strive every day to ensure Sanjusan is performing at the highest level possible. The support team members are responsible for table maintenance, running food, and assisting servers with guests needs. We expect all team members to be knowledgeable on our steps of service as well as knowledge of the Thirty North concepts; Gori Gori Peku and Kado no Mise. Responsibilities Include:

Must be available to work weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) Passion for food, wine, hospitality and the restaurant industry Responsible for the successful delivery of food from the pass to the appropriate table/bar seat to ensure a positive guest experience Communicating between the expo and service team Delivering tableside descriptions of food confidently and accurately Asking guests for further needs before leaving table Assisting service team in clearing plates and glassware when time permits and as needed Clearing and resetting tables Assisting with prepping and restocking of glassware, plates, and silverware Supporting the serving and bartending team.

Minimum requirements:

1 year or more in elevated or fine dining establishments. Experience with POS or Reservation systems. Commitment to hospitality. Ability to prioritize and communicate in a fast paced, high pressure environment.
