Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast POS Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, and feedback promptly Assist with food handling, food preparation support, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems including Toast POS, or similar platforms Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and order processing accurately Experience with upselling techniques and sales-driven approaches to enhance revenue Open availability for night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, thrive in energetic environments, and want to make every guest's experience extraordinary!
