Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced server for Kado No Mise. The server will play an integral part in maintaining exceptional standards for our guests. At Kado No Mise we take pride in providing uncompromising hospitality in food, beverages, service, and atmosphere. Hospitality is of the utmost importance when it comes to delivering an exceptional experience at Kado No Mise. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years experience in fine dining restaurants. We are also open to bringing on those with minimal experience, but who have a great attitude and an interest in learning and growing Passion for food, wine, hospitality and the restaurant industry Ability to work effectively and positively in a fast paced, high pressure environment is crucial Knowledge of POS systems Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication skills Able to work in a team environment and welcome feedback and direction Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time, and lift up to 50 pounds of weight Provide excellent service Be able to thrive in a team environment-Detailed-oriented and a passion for learning Job Duties Communicate with guests and coworkers in a professional, clear, precise and efficient manner Understand all aspects of service and remain efficient at all times Know the english and japanese names of our food and beverages Maintain a positive and helpful attitude on the floor at all times Provide a high level of service to guests, and co-workers Understand all aspects of service and be a role model/leader for other members of the team.
