Experienced Server Help Take the Ozark Tavern to the Next Level The Ozark Tavern is entering an exciting new chapter, and we're looking for experienced, energetic servers who are passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality. What We're Looking For We're searching for team members who: Have previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant. Understand that outstanding customer service is what keeps guests coming back. Can confidently upsell appetizers, beverages, desserts, and featured menu items. Take pride in learning every detail of our menu, daily specials, and drink offerings. Are friendly, outgoing, and genuinely enjoy making guests feel welcome. Work well as part of a team while taking ownership of their own success. Maintain a positive attitude during busy shifts and help create an enjoyable atmosphere for guests and coworkers alike. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional, attentive service from the moment guests arrive until they leave. Learn and confidently explain menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and daily specials. Recommend pairings, featured cocktails, desserts, and premium menu items to enhance the guest experience. Accurately enter orders and ensure food and beverages are delivered promptly. Build relationships with guests and create memorable dining experiences. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room. Work closely with bartenders, kitchen staff, and fellow servers to ensure seamless service. What Makes a Great Ozark Tavern Server?
