Job Description

NorBella Prior Lake, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Culinary Assistant/Server to join our team. NorBella Prior Lake is located in Prior Lake, MN, resting between agricultural fields and residential neighborhoods northwest of Lower Prior Lake. This quaint setting provides a peaceful lifestyle while remaining convenient for visiting family and friends. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our 40-unit apartment-style community providing Assisted Living and Memory Care services. Shifts Available:
Full-Time AMs (7:30am-1:30pm),
Holidays and Every Other Weekend Required Wage:
$15.50-$20.50 per hour Set up room trays and tables in dining room, serve and bus trays, pour and cover beverages, and assist in preparing and covering food. Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays, when applicable. Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately. Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes. Soak, scrub, scrape and wash soiled dishes. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. 16 years of age or older. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Experience in a senior living setting is preferred. Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees. Must possess strong computer skills.
