Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Server, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. In this dynamic role, you will be the friendly face that guides guests through their culinary journey, delivering exceptional customer service while efficiently managing food and beverage orders. Your expertise in food handling, POS systems, and guest relations will ensure smooth operations and high guest satisfaction. Whether in a lively nightclub setting or a refined fine dining environment, your energy and professionalism will shine through every interaction. Duties Greet guests warmly, provide menus, and answer questions about food and beverages to enhance their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely entry and communication with kitchen staff Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining genuine guest engagement Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards Manage cash handling, process payments accurately, and operate cashiering systems like OpenTable or other reservation platforms Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with sanitation regulations Support guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout their visit Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and cashiering procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and handle challenging situations gracefully Culinary experience or background in food handling, food safety, and sanitation standards Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts Familiarity with reservation platforms such as OpenTable and upselling techniques to boost sales Previous host/hostess or serving experience is a plus; basic math skills for cash handling are essential Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment Join us in creating exceptional dining moments!
