Job Summary:

MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK THROUGH FALL - NO SUMMER ONLY WORK AVAILABLE WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS REQUIRED

We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and customer-focused Restaurant Server to join our team. As a server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival. Present menus, explain specials, and answer questions about the menu or restaurant. Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to kitchen/bar staff. Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner. Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and respond to any requests. Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions using the POS system. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service area. Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures. Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members. Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and promptly. Uphold the restaurant's service standards and brand values.

Qualifications:

Prior serving experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service. Must be able to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Must be 21 years or older Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
