Job Description
Pay Rate:
$11.41 an hour, plus gratuityESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide guests with the highest quality service to exceed their expectations Prepare boat for both private and public cruises by ensuring appropriate food, beverages and serving supplies are on hand Set up events according to recommended standards and Event Order specifications while presenting an attractive and elegant space Maintain cleanliness and order in event spaces and banquet work stations Clear spaces after events and begin resetting as needed Complete closing cleaning procedures as assigned Assist the Boat Captain with various cleaning and maintenance of the boat; uphold U.S. Coastguard standards Other duties as assignedKNOWLEDGE AND CERTIFICATION, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Preferred Knowledge and Certification:
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience One (1) year wait staff experience Previous guest service experience in a similar position preferably in a "teamwork" environmentRequired Skills:
