Job Description

The Crossings of Willmar Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for Culinary Servers (Part Time) to join our team! The Crossings of Willmar Senior Living is accessible from 19th Avenue SE or 24th Avenue SE, east of the Walmart Supercenter. This is more than a place to work—it is a place to thrive. Shifts Available:
Part Time AM (7am-2pm). Part-Time PM (4pm-7pm), includes every other weekend rotation.
Wage:
$17.50-$22.50 per hour Set up room trays and tables in dining room, serve and bus trays, pour and cover beverages, and assist in preparing and covering food. Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays, when applicable. Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately. Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes. Soak, scrub, scrape and wash soiled dishes. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Experience in a senior living setting is preferred. Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees. Must possess advanced computer skills.
