Responsibilities Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table arrangements, linens, and serviceware Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously to guests during events Assist with food handling, food preparation, and clearing tables to maintain a clean dining environment Ensure guest relations are positive by addressing needs promptly and professionally Support catering operations by bussing tables and assisting with event logistics as needed Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators to ensure smooth service flow Skills Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality environment preferred Strong guest services and customer service skills with a friendly demeanor Knowledge of banquet service standards and catering operations Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Basic food safety and food handling knowledge required Experience with restaurant or hotel service environments is highly desirable Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed Join us in delivering outstanding service that leaves lasting impressions!
