Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales while enhancing the guest experience Serve food and drinks efficiently, maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Assist with food handling, preparation support, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Use OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering procedures while maintaining accountability for cash handling Support kitchen staff with basic food prep when necessary and adhere to all sanitation protocols Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy nights or events such as nightclub evenings Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is advantageous Strong customer service skills with an energetic, positive attitude Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining guest satisfaction Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling responsibilities Experience in serving or host/hostess roles within the food industry is highly desirable Culinary experience or kitchen background can be beneficial for supporting food prep tasks Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, eager to deliver memorable experiences, and ready to thrive in a lively environment where your energy makes a difference!
