Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a friendly, professional demeanor Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clarity and attention to detail Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining proper sanitation and food safety standards Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods when needed Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles, including serving, host/hostess work, or bartending, is preferred but not required Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Culinary experience or fine dining background is advantageous but not mandatory Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and order calculations Experience with OpenTable reservations system is beneficial for managing guest seating efficiently Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences!
