Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a keen understanding of food service operations, ensuring that every guest receives outstanding service in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly, presenting menus and offering recommendations. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary restrictions are noted. Serve food and drinks to guests while maintaining a high standard of presentation. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Adhere to all food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the health and safety of guests. Assist with banquet services as needed, including setup and breakdown of events. Provide support in food preparation when necessary, contributing to the overall efficiency of the kitchen. Requirements Previous experience in the food industry or fine dining is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential; certification is a plus. Experience as a dietary aide or in food preparation is advantageous. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required by business needs. Bartending experience is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential. A team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues across all departments.
