If you have a passion for service, commitment to uncompromising quality and strong attention to detail, then we want to talk to you! Previous service experience in an upscale/fine dining restaurant is required.
Requirements & Expectations:
Minimum of 2 years, but preferably at least 4 years of serving experience in an upscale, fine dining establishment. Advanced knowledge and terminology of beer, wine, and spirits is required. Must be at least 21 years old. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, highly motivated professional with a strong sense of hospitality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a true passion for fine service, food and drink. Must have the ability to work effectively as part of a team and be open to learning new things. Ability to demonstrate hospitality, warmth, and expertise to guests and coworkers in a busy, sometimes fast-paced / high-stress environment. Ability to listen and communicate effectively with both front of the house and back of the house team members in a loud environment. Available for evening shifts, any day of the week, including weekends and some holidays. Regular, predictable, reliable attendance is required. Physical requirements include, but are not limited to: Physical ability to work on your feet, alertly, for extended periods of time Ability to maintain balance of food and drink service trays Physical ability to frequently lift up to 30lbs, and occasionally up to 50 lbs Ability to bend, reach, squat, kneel, climb and twist
