Job Description
What You'll Do Greet guests and take orders at the counter Accurately enter orders into our POS system Run food and check on guests throughout their visit Maintain a clean and organized dining room Complete daily cleaning and required side work tasks Restock and prep service stations Share responsibilities across the front of house This is a shared-responsibility environment. Everyone contributes to service, cleaning, stocking, and overall restaurant flow. Menu Knowledge & Guest Support You'll be expected to: Know the menu thoroughly Answer questions about ingredients and preparation Clearly communicate allergen information Knowledge of mezcal and tequila is a plus, but not required. We will provide training. Curiosity and willingness to learn matter more than prior expertise. Qualifications 1+ year restaurant experience preferred Experience with Toast POS is a strong plus Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Team-first mindset with strong communication skills Compensation Structure We operate as a tip-share restaurant , meaning gratuities are shared across the entire team. We believe the guest experience is built collectively. To support this model, our base hourly pay is higher than traditional tipped wages.
