Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food, beverages, and cocktails efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Upsell menu items including wine, spirits, and specialty cocktails to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Handle cash transactions accurately, process sales using POS systems, and manage cash handling responsibilities Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met Assist with food preparation when necessary and support kitchen staff to ensure timely service Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions about menu items, dietary restrictions, or special requests Experience Previous restaurant experience in a fast-paced environment preferred; fine dining experience is a plus Strong knowledge of food industry standards including food safety, sanitation, and proper handling procedures Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Demonstrated skills in customer service, guest relations, and sales techniques including upselling Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service enhances guest experience Ability to manage time effectively while multitasking during busy hours Basic math skills for handling bills, processing transactions, and managing cash accurately Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating memorable moments for every guest.
