Lounge Server / Host Capone's Speakeasy & 1933 Lounge - Eldon, MO Join the Crew Behind One of Mid-Missouri's Most Unique Hospitality Experiences Must be 18yo or older Capone's Speakeasy and the private 1933 Lounge are seeking a professional, outgoing, and hospitality-driven Lounge Server / Host to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating memorable guest experiences, building relationships with customers, and learning about premium cigars, craft beer, whiskey, wine, and fine dining. Position Summary The Lounge Server / Host serves as the first impression of the establishment while providing attentive service throughout the guest experience. This role combines hosting responsibilities with lounge service, reservation management, and guest education regarding our menu, beverage program, and cigar offerings. Responsibilities Guest Service Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival Manage reservations, wait lists, and guest seating Escort guests to tables and lounge areas Provide attentive food, beverage, and cigar service Maintain a welcoming, upscale atmosphere Build relationships with regular guests and members Menu & Product Knowledge Learn and confidently explain menu offerings Understand craft beer styles and recommendations Develop knowledge of whiskey, bourbon, wine, and cocktails Learn cigar brands, flavor profiles, and pairing suggestions Assist guests in selecting food, beverage, and cigar pairings Operations Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and lounge areas Process guest checks and payments accurately Assist with opening and closing duties Work closely with kitchen, bar, and management teams Support special events and member functions Qualifications Friendly, professional, and dependable Strong communication and people skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Willingness to learn cigars, spirits, beer, and fine dining service Previous serving, hosting, retail, or customer service experience preferred but not required What We Offer Competitive hourly wage plus tips Training and education on cigars, whiskey, beer, wine, and hospitality Opportunities for growth within the company Employee discounts Unique and enjoyable work environment Schedule Thursday - Saturday Evening availability a must Part-time to full-time opportunity available Why Work Here?
