Overview Join our dynamic team as a Restaurant Server and become the face of exceptional dining experiences! Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus, and assist with food and beverage selections to enhance their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales opportunities while providing genuine recommendations to guests Manage guest needs throughout their visit by checking in regularly, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring satisfaction Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while adhering to sanitation and food safety protocols Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to maintain smooth operations Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and billing Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse customer needs professionally Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe environment Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume shifts Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and inventory management Previous experience in serving, bussing, host/hostess roles or hospitality positions preferred Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences!
