Job Summary We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Servers, Hostesses, Bussers, and Food Runners. In this dynamic role, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing friendly service, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the flow of operations in a lively restaurant setting. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food service, customer relations, and hospitality. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly as they arrive and manage reservations using OpenTable or similar systems Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing POS systems such as Aloha or Micros POS Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction and upselling opportunities Clear tables promptly, bussing dishes and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area Assist in food running duties by delivering orders from kitchen to tables swiftly and accurately Support host/hostess duties by managing waitlists and seating guests in a courteous manner Uphold food safety standards, sanitation protocols, and proper food handling procedures at all times Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred but not required Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices Experience in fine dining or nightlife venues is advantageous Basic math skills for cash handling and POS transactions Join our team to be part of an energetic environment where your enthusiasm for hospitality makes a difference!
