About the Role We are seeking a Server who understands that great service is both technical and personal. This role is responsible for delivering a polished, attentive dining experience while maintaining strong menu knowledge, awareness of service flow, and a genuine connection with guests. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, efficient, and takes pride in creating memorable experiences. What You'll Do

• Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and professional table service
• Guide guests through the menu, offering recommendations with confidence
• Accurately enter and manage food and beverage orders
• Maintain awareness of table pacing and overall service flow
• Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively
• Ensure proper table maintenance throughout the dining experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar to ensure smooth execution
• Verify guest identification and follow responsible alcohol service standards
• Support team members to ensure a seamless guest experience What We're Looking For
• Prior serving experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and service standards
• Team oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
• Passion for hospitality and guest experience Requirements
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
