Job Description
Job Summary We are looking for a friendly and energetic Server to join our team. In this role, you will take orders, serve food and drinks, and provide great customer service to help create a positive dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate can work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tables, and maintain a professional and welcoming attitude. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and proper food handling procedures Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage table settings, clear dishes, buss tables, and assist with sanitation to uphold cleanliness standards in line with food safety regulations Use reservation systems like OpenTable to manage bookings efficiently and optimize seating arrangements Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders, supporting smooth restaurant operations during busy hours Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings, is highly preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Culinary experience or background in food preparation enhances your ability to assist guests effectively Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours Demonstrated sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that fosters guest loyalty Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and billing accuracy Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Experience in host/hostess roles or bussing is advantageous but not required; a passion for hospitality is essential Join us as a Server and become part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
