The In-Room Dining Coordinator plays a vital role in delivering seamless and personalized dining experiences for our guests. This role is responsible for accurately recording and processing guest food and beverage orders, offering menu suggestions, and coordinating deliveries with in-room dining servers. The In-Room Dining Coordinator ensures efficientmunication between the kitchen, service team, and guests to maintain high service standards. Responsibilities Answer and process in-room dining orders via phone, ensuring accuracy and clarity in order details. Provide menu rmendations and amodate guest dietary requests when possible. Communicate and coordinate with in-room dining servers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Process payment transactions, including room charges, credit cards, and cash payments. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu offerings, promotions, and special requests. Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and problem-solving skills. Ensure all in-room dining procedures align with Hyatt's service standards. Assist in the preparation and coordination of amenities and special requests for guest rooms. Maintainanization and cleanliness of the in-room dining office area. Qualifications A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbalmunication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Basic knowledge of food and beverage service. Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred. Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and order-taking technology is a plus.
