Experience a professional and friendly work environment with the positions and qualifications listed below. We are seeking staff (for 4-6 shifts a week). MUST have weekend availability. These positions are mostly daytime hours on weekdays and weekends, with evening hours added during nighttime garden events. Normal café hours are 9:00am- 5:00pm. Our customers have learned to expect fast, friendly, and accurate service with a smile from the employees at the Missouri Botanical Garden, and we are excited to be adding to our team! Minimum requirements for a food runner / busser: Must be at least 18 years of age Customer service experience Outgoing customer service personality Highly organized Energetic Positive attitude Ability to prioritize duties Honest work ethics Ability to work well in a team-oriented and fast paced environment Excellent verbal communication skills Self motivated Ability to carry up to 50 lbs. Capable to stand long hours Able to follow directives Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy Background screenings and direct deposit information will be required for all new hires.
