Locust Pay:
$7.50-$25.00 per hour (including tips) Join One of St. Louis' Most Iconic Restaurants! The Fountain on Locust is looking for an experienced, energetic, and guest-focused Server to join our team. If you enjoy creating memorable dining experiences, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in providing exceptional hospitality, we'd love to meet you. We're looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding service every shift. Responsibilities Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to every guest. Accurately take food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly. Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and beverages. Work closely with kitchen and support staff to ensure a smooth dining experience. Handle guest concerns professionally and help create a welcoming atmosphere. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room. Process guest payments accurately. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of serving experience required. Weekend availability is required. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
