Duties Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Prepare and serve food items efficiently, maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change. Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities. Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and ensuring proper sanitation in accordance with food safety regulations. Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, supporting kitchen staff to ensure timely service. Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Experience Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Culinary experience or background in the food industry enhances your ability to excel in this role. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours. Experience in cashiering, serving, or retail math helps ensure accurate transactions and upselling success. Knowledge of food handling procedures, sanitation standards, and basic math is essential for maintaining safety and accuracy. Restaurant experience or working in a café or grocery store provides a solid foundation for success in this energetic role.
