Server/Waiter

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service, taking orders accurately, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS system. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Adhere to food safety standards and regulations at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations. Build rapport with guests to enhance their overall experience and encourage repeat visits. Skills Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively. Excellent guest services skills, ensuring a positive dining experience for all patrons. Experience in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in a restaurant setting. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Strong guest relations skills, capable of handling inquiries and complaints professionally. Culinary knowledge is a plus, enhancing the ability to discuss menu items confidently. Familiarity with Aloha POS system or similar restaurant management software is preferred. Proficient in OpenTable or other reservation systems is advantageous. A background in hospitality or the food industry will be beneficial for success in this role.
